The Folio Society (UK) is publishing beautiful editions of Elizabeth David and Jane Grigson. These are not cheap, and you probably won't want to cook from them unless they are well protected.

Blimey. They're not cheap, are they? I think I'll stick to the cheap ones we got from second hand shops - no more than a couple of quid each.

No, definitely not cheap. The FS used to produce really nice books quite inexpensively, but that was back in the last century.
