Mayan chocolate [moved from Ontario [inc. Toronto board]

bought some Mayan chocolate in Mexico any ideas what to do with it besides making hot chocolate?

    If you aren't looking to buy it in Toronto you would have better luck posting in the "Home Cooking" forum. This will probably get moved over there by mods.

    You could try a mole sauce.
