ISO Chocolate Cut Out Christmas Cookie Recipe -- Easy and Tasty

I'm looking for an easy to cut out and bake chocolate cookie recipe for Christmas. I've heard of one with cream cheese mentioned, but haven't been able to find the recipe.

We make these at Christmas. We do a star and a Christmas stocking shape. The filling uses cream cheese and they are super easy to do.
