Comin to Vegas

Hi,

I am coming to Vegas in March for a convention and would greatly appreciate a few suggestions for a great meal. I will be alone and would like to eat at a bar of a great place. Food is essential as I want a very well prepared and cooked meal. It does not need to be expensive or it could be, either way.

Please suggest if you would be so kind.
