West Bank fine dining?

I'm not being a wise-acre, but someone needs a fine dining restaurant for a group on the West Bank, and I literally could not think of one. Then again, I rarely travel to the WB so I am of no help.

    It all depends on what you mean by "fine dining"....but here are a few of the slightly more upscale efforts on Da Best Bank:

        I suggested both, was told "that's not what I mean by fine dining". Hence this post, I was out of ammo!

          So I suppose Nine Roses or Saffron would be out as well.

          Maybe Red Maple. Or is Mosca's fine dining enough?
