Noodle Kugel

I would like to make a noodle kugel ahead of time....like a week.

As I will need to freeze this.....do I bake it , freeze it and reheat at time of use or

Do I combine all the ingredients, freeze it , defrost and bake it.

      It's made with lots of different cheeses so it is savory I guess.

    2. Mix, freeze, then bake is what we did at the deli I used to work at.....
