What to make with Callebaut Crispearls?

I found Callebaut Dark Chocolate Crispearls and a 32 fl oz/944ml bottle of Nielsen Massey Vanilla at our local Homesense recently(!). Vanilla, no problem.

How would you use the crispearls?

  1. If you explore around the link you provided, there are several suggestions for use: include in pastry cream for textured pastry interiors, use for color and contrast in mousses and ice cream, and as decoration on top of pastries. Seems like a good spectrum of applications for starters.
