Fairway Jamon Iberico?

Anyone a big fan of the pricey stuff at the B'way store? Because I really don't think it's any better than their Serrano.

      They machine slice. They've offered several brands over the last few years, and I think I've tried each one. I don't have a label from the store, but I'll try and look tomorrow.

      1. I agree, and having it machine sliced really makes it not worth the price. I only ever can stomach paying the US prices for Iberico at Despana, and rarely there, but they do cut it properly ($175 or so a pound hand sliced!).
