Breuvages Marco & Spruce Beer

Anyone knows what happened to them? Their website has been down for more than a month now, and nobody ever picks up the phone.

I am a big fan of their spruce beer and every time I go back home I get a dozen bottles. Last time I was in Quebec City 3 weeks ago the grocery store I normally get the spruce beer from had been out of any of their products for a couple weeks.

Are they still in business?

  1. i don't know about quebec city but their products are sold at depanneur outremont in montreal, including their new maple beer

    1. No real help here, but nothing like a good poutune, steamie and spruce beer at Paul Patate in the Point.

They don't serve Marco, but the local Bertrand's. Not quite as sweet, and deliciously yeasty!

      1. I have seen Spruce Beer at Papillon in Pointe Claire but not Marco brand.

I saw a good selection of their brands Saturday at IGA on Salaberry

Yeah Papillon has a really big selection of artisanal spruce beers and other sodas, but i don't recall seeing Marco's either.

          2. I seem to remember they retired a lot their products when it was discovered their spruce beer had some alcohol content. Since then it was really hard to find.I can still find some at my local depanneur though...

            1. Their spruce beer is still available at the IGA down the street from me.
