Grumpy Doyle's? only went once but IIRC there was bar seating in the front. Does your friend need the bar because they can't sit down?

He is unable to get out of a chair easily so the bar stool works well - Grumpy's could work - I was thinking Longhorn but cannot remember if they have high tops for dining?

You could call and ask them. If you are referring to a Longhorn Steakhouse chain restaurant, I know the one @ Landmark Center has high tops, so you may be in luck.

Sam's Bistro has a big bar and have seen many people dining at it.
