Shanghai Pudong International Airport? I know flights are often delayed in and out of PRC cities but planning to be stuck at the airport for a week is very pessimistic!

Thank you, PhilD. You have to forgive older people like me. I'm not into airports so I'm pretty nonplussed by the acronyms used. If someone asks me where to eat in LHR or CDG, it will take a while for it to sink in which city you're referring to.

LOL! Those are IATA airport codes, Martha. I'm used to those since I was a Singapore Airlines executive back in the early 90s. For e.g., PEK = Beijing Capital Airport.

We know PVG = Shanghai Pudong Airport, whereas SHA = Shanghai Hongqiao Airport. So, the OP is asking for dining tips near Pudong airport area.
