Thai Inn, Rochester Hills MI?

Hi--has anyone tried this place? My SO has heard from several people that it's great, but I'm loath to try a new place without the CH seal of approval. If anyone has tried it, I'd love to hear your feedback!

I have not. To be fair, though, trying out a Thai place usually isn't a high-risk investment. If it's awful, it's usually just $8-10 you're out, and often, to me, that's money well spent.

Remember that incredibly overpriced $8 pulled pork sandwich that I had from Kirk's BBQ in Birmingham lo those many years ago? It was the last money I ever spent there, and in that way of thinking, it was a good thing. I never had to support them again, and I was able to steer others clear of it, too.

I hear you, and I have tried things out before that hadn't been reviewed yet. It's actually not about the money; I've gotten sick from Thai food a few times, and am leery for that reason. I don't want to take the chance of not feeling well afterwards, you know?

Ah, that's the missing piece of the puzzle that I didn't have. It's odd...I don't recall ever getting sick from Thai food. You must have some bad luck, IG! I understand your apprehension.
