Can you freeze a cheesecake with a sour cream topping or should this be added after it's thawed?

      The sour cream has a very high water content, and will change texturally done, and more than likely, separate as well. Not pretty or tasty. Yous should put he topping on after the cake has baked and is well-cooled.
