Perhaps the site re-design has something to do with it. When people are angry/upset on the Interwebz, they need to WRITE IN ALL CAPS to express their extreme unhappiness.

But my point is, I haven't noticed a large number of all caps posts.

Not all caps throughout the entire post, but there has been a good bit of a FEW WORDS being capitalized throughout posts on Site Talk about the re-design.

If that's not it, I have no idea what singlemalt is talking about.

When I posted this all titles were in very large letters, just as LindaWhit said, to give the appearance of shouting. I was able to get only about 5 posts on my moniter screen. Since my posting the letter size has been toned down. Thanks for your posts.

Actually, thats not what she said, and regardless of size, titles were never in all caps, which is what constitutes "shouting".
