"..And a slap up grill for two."

For those who are unfamiliar with the expression, a slap up grill is a meal consisting primarily of grilled items, be it meat, vegetables, etc. (slap up referring to anything of exceptionally good quality). So, given the incredible range of possibilities in grilling and barbequing, what would be your dream vision of a slap up grill?

This question relates to the British sitcom Bottom, and to a scene in the episode “Contest” wherein one of the characters describes how sweet life would be if he won £10,000 (the exact moment starts at the 1:30 mark). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZzvDXs...

It also relates to the fact that winter is finally settling in where I live, and how the idea of summer barbequing has never looked so good…

I would try to avoid typical barbeque foods (a few burgers and hotdogs for the die hard fans, but I would want lots of alternatives as well). Definitely a range of grilled sausages with unusual stuffings (veal and rosemary for instance, or turkey with sage) and lots of grilled seafood like squid, lobster tails or whole fish like tilapia or red snapper.
