Rico's Tacos (Calgary)?

Just saw this as a new listing at US. 3003 Centre St North, [phone]. Not my neck of the woods- looks very autentico! Somebody go and report back!

Ok they just opened full time last week. It's authentic like Los tortillas on 17th ave. Their hours are Monday to Saturday. 11am - 8pm

I had a beef tongue taco $3, very good and sampled their guacamole excellent!

I will try to report back on more items later.

It's Las Tortillas and there's no such place on 17th... there's a Las Tortillas by Marlborough Mall- what are you referring to?

There's a mex place beside the rustic bakery. Slightly fancier and more expensive than Rico's Tacos. Both have good tacos.

Ah, I can fix that. Is Las Tortillas in Marlborough mall or that really good one down the street from?

Stopped by for lunch but they are only open late afternoon and evening, I think it was 3-9pm.

Well, that's a shame. I wish them luck, but those hours are really going to kill my opportunity to visit them

Alas, I tried to stop in today for lunch and it seems to be closed on Mondays (couldn't read the sign without parking properly and getting out of my car).

Hopefully we'll get another shot at Ricos
