Does anyone know of any reliable Jewish bakeries that might have these seasonal 'donuts'?

Excuse my ignorance, but how are these different from a powdered jelly donut? Are they kosher?

I think DZ Akins has them on the menu now so they may be available from the bakery part. Baked goods there can be hit or miss though.
