My brother wants to go for wienerschnitzel for his birthday dinner -- anyone know a good restaurant serving this in south Orange County?

How about Cafe Mozart, in San Juan Capistrano ?

I haven't been (at least not in years and years), but they certainly do have Viennese Schnitzel, aand reviews seem to be generally positive.

That was my first thought. The OP wants something in south OC, but I think Jagerhaus is the way to go.

Went there for New Year's Eve with my husband; he had the paprika schnitzel and I chose the Holstein schnitzel -- a large but slender veal steak (almost like the consistency of Campanile's pressed chicken) topped with a fried egg, capers and anchovies. Pure salt and umami bliss. :D
