Where on line or in the New York/Brooklyn area where I can buy Royal Icing or buy edible glycerin to make my own. My American step daughter would like a British Christmas cake. I have ordered the cake but cannot get what I need to royal ice the cake. Any suggestions. Thanks.

Isn't Royal Icing just confectioners (icing) sugar, egg white, and water?

Yes it is but if you do not add edible glycerin, the icing sets so hard you cannot cut it. I have bought it ready made from Amazon.com + the icing bag and nozzles.

Further to my previous message, icing sugar and egg white only, no water.

Craft store? My local AC Moore has a whole baking section & sells royal icing mix....

Thank you. I buy a lot from Amazon. I went to their website and got everything I needed, icing, nozzles, roll-out past.
