Space for reunion group to have drinks and visit in June

Hello, our HS class will be having a 45th reunion in June. We are looking for a venue, preferably around Midtown, where we can have a space (private room or corner where we can talk and visit) and have hors d'oeuvres and drinks. I was thinking a per person cost for the appetizers, probably not more than around $25 or so, and cash bar. There would be 30-40 people. Thoughts? A couple of places mentioned, so far, St. Andrews Pub and Mustang Harrys's. It would be Sat afternoon/eve.

We had a family reunion early this summer at East of Eighth, on 23rd St. 60 people in a nice private room upstairs. Thirty dollars per person for hors d'oeuvres and one drink ticket (then cash bar). Also a Saturday afternoon, for three hours I believe. The food is mediocre, but good food isn't the point of these gatherings, is it?

      How about an outdoor place?

what about the terrace at st barts?
I mean Im really not sure if it hits your price point, but it's a great location, spacious, etc.
Assuming you are all ordering a la carte?
