weekday breakfast in Vegas

Alright, where would you go for a great breakfast in Vegas or Henderson? We really, really love Payard and have memorized the menu by now but want to expand our horizons. We went to MOzen last year and were disappointed with the food. Scrambled eggs came out tepid, flavors were not developed, although the view of City Center and the decor were very, very nice.

Toying around with Bouchon or Bread and Butter but haven't seen any detailed reviews of the latter. Any other suggestions?

TIA

Expand your horizons? Then ya gotta hit Tiffany's Cafe around 2-3AM. I get the Western omelette after a night of fun.

Maybe Tableau at the Wynn Tower Suites?

Couldn't imagine not having Bouchon at the top of the list.
        Another fave is Peppermill.
        Have a good time d!

hey, nice to see you over here!
been to Peppermill--I think we're going for a more "upscale" experience. :-)

Upscale from Bouchon? From Payard? Not sure that even exists.

Two of my favorite breakfasts... Verandah at the Four Seasons and a lounge on St. Rose named The Bar.

No, not more upscale from Bouchon or Payard. Upscale from the Peppermill or Original Pancake House type fare. I'll check out the Verandah and The Bar.

              Hi d!
Concur on the Verandah at the Four Seasons..
For buffet, the Bacchanal at Caesars, Wicked Spoon at Cosmo and the Wynn are excellent.
Are you over in Vegas now...don't see you posting on the SD board.
Make sure you get a Lotus of Siam lunch in for me.

I love the weekday breakfast at Bouchon. I order the Breakfast Jardiniere: 2 eggs, brioche toast, fruit salad, sautéed spinach, Lyonnaise potatoes, pastry, juice and the best coffee. Service is very attentive, and there is no rush.
