Cacio e pepe
Anyone know where I can get this uber-simple dish anywhere in the greater boston area done right? I have never had it in Italy before and I would like to find a place that serves it exactly as I'd get it there- simple quality ingredients, nothing fancy; just pasta, pepper and cheese. Of course, I have made this or a variation of this for years on my own but I was to taste a true cacio e pepe without traveling to Italy. Please help! Thanks so much

re: hiddenboston
Thanks for the recommendation! I love Gran Gusto but as a suburbanite, I quite often overlook it when thinking of places to eat. I bet their rendition is exactly what I am looking for. I will hopefully get a chance to eat there soon ( I have a 1 year old at home, it is far and few between these days).
