Monday night in Asheville, NC

I will be in Asheville for a conference next week (arriving Monday and leaving Thursday) and will be staying at the Biltmore. There are scheduled events for dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday nights, so I am looking for someplace to have dinner on Monday night. The other two nights are dressy events, so would prefer someplace more casual for Monday. Any type of cuisine ok, as long as the food is good. What's yummy and open on a Monday night? I will have a car.

The Admiral and Zambra are both open Mondays and are excellent.

Thanks! After looking at the menus, we picked Zambra and really enjoyed it. Loved the atmosphere, the drinks, and the food. Great service too. Thanks for the recommendations.
