Garlicky Beet Spread with Swiss Chard Fritters---looks beautiful!

Scroll down a bit on this page and check out the photo (on the left side of the page) of the dark green Swiss Chard Fritters (based on a recipe from Jerusalem by Ottolenghi) topped with a rosy beet spread. Isn't it beautiful?

I think this sounds delicious. Has anyone made these Ottolenghi fritters? The beet spread is a Melissa Clarke recipe.

That looks great. I usually turn chard stems into a dip with tahini and pomegranate molasses; I never considered how good they would be with chard fritters.

I haven't made the fritters. Thanks for sharing this recipe. I will definitely be making this with this seasons veggies.
