Crispy (but soft on the inside) Pan-Fried Noodles in Manhattan Chinatown (other than NY Noodletown)

I'm coming to NYC over the holidays and intending to have my annual fix of pan-fried noodles (preferably with barbecued pork). I usually go to NY Noodletown to satisfy my craving. However, I intend to eat out for Christmas dinner, and I suspect that NY Noodletown will be very crowded. So does anyone have any other recommendations for restaurants with good pan-fried noodles? I like them when they are crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. Only recs for Manhattan Chinatown please. Thanks for your help.

    Thank you all. Now I'll have to pick between the three recommended, and it won't be easy. I'm already tasting those noodles.

      I was quite impressed with Oriental Garden's version, but I had it with seafood - I bet they'd make it with pork if you asked, though. I like Congee Village's pan fried noodles, too.

          I'm pretty sure Congee Village does a nice version of this style of noodle.
