Black Bean Stock and Meatballs

I have a ton of black bean stock -- and I have meatballs in the freezer. I want to make a soup, Asian inspired perhaps, as the opening course for a dinner party. The main is lamb -- slow roasted with rosemary and potatoes and a fresh mint sauce.
Any ideas for the soup, I've never used this stock before.
