Black Bean Stock and Meatballs

ThisAmericanBite Dec 5, 2012 06:23 PM

I have a ton of black bean stock -- and I have meatballs in the freezer. I want to make a soup, Asian inspired perhaps, as the opening course for a dinner party. The main is lamb -- slow roasted with rosemary and potatoes and a fresh mint sauce.

Any ideas for the soup, I've never used this stock before.

I'm curious about the black bean stock; how did you make it? I've never had it before...
