Banh Mi for Cristmas

Will be in Edmonds and Kent over the holidays and wondering if I can get a decent Banh Mi. I've only had one (roasted, glazed pork belly, pickled vegg, cilantro, pork glaze, baguette), incredible. Thanks, and enjoy the Holidays

if you are looking for the cold cut-smeared-with-pate banh mi, then i recommend the Seattle Deli in Edmonds.
they also have hot take-out dishes. it is located in Boohan Plaza where there is a good Korean grocery store, a baker, pho brothers and a sushi restaurant.

Yeh Yeh's rocks... The way they season the meat. ...I don't need to say more. All though more "American in size" . The best I have had in the north end...

You mentioned Kent.

Just north of Kent is Renton and Go Deli ... Go Deli offers pate in their Bahn mi , for me a real Bahn mi has a layer of pate..

If you're going to be in both places, that means you'll pass through Seattle. Saigon Deli in the ID will do just fine. If up north, then Yeh Yeh as already mentioned. If in Kent, there's a place inside the Great Wall Mall that's pretty good. If they're not there anymore, it's not hard to find another place nearby.

I looked on Google for Yeh Yeh's, and I know my mother already shops at that market on the corner. Will be there over Christmas, join us. Yeah...

Yeh Yeh's in Lynnwood - very close to Edmonds - has the best Bahn Mi in the area, IMO. The sandwiches are a little larger than average, and pricier, but worth it.

There's also a Seattle Deli on 99 not too far as well and is cheap and delicious. But I prefer Yeh Yeh's.
