foie gras retail?

Anyone know where to pick up foie gras (to prepare / consume at home) in portland or salem?

Am coming into town for the holidays, and would like to have some foie gras with christmas dinner.

    Both Chop (in City Market) and Laurelhurst Market's butcher counter almost always have foie on hand - both prepared (mousse/terrines/etc.) and packaged lobes.
