Can anyone recommend an English speaking Spanish/ Catalan cookery course in Barcelona

Hello Hounds

Wondering if anyone's recently done a cookery course in Barca. I'll be there in Sept 2013 all being well. Just looking for a one day course. Not too fussy about the format. Thanks.

In retrospect, maybe 58 reviews on Tripadvisor, all of them 5 stars is a little odd. Has any one (with a history of posting on CH) been to Espai Boisa?

Thanks for the information. Tripadvisor raves about Espai Boisa- anyone tried it?

Espai Boisa are notorious spammers on CH. I wouldn't trust anything said about them on TripAdvisor.

I know nothing about this but found it a while back when I was considering doing the same thing.

We did the half day course and it was so much fun. We're experienced cooks and it's not as if we learned a lot of new techniques, but we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We made paella and it was delicious (although I know it's not Catalan).

Great to hear. We loved everything about Barcelona so intend to revisit. I'll save that link. Thanks for chiming in.
