where's the best salt & pepper crab in San Jose/south bay?

So these threads on dungeness has got me craving Cua Rang Muoi a.k.a. salt & pepper crab. It's been ages since I've eaten this dish at a restaurant so I feel out of the loop regarding which Vietnamese & Chinese restaurants are doing this dish justice.

Any restaurants in San Jose or do I have to go up to Milpitas?

Last time I had it was at East Lake Restaurant on the east side (White Rd.). Boda? Ocean Delight? Flourishing Garden? Are these restaurants any good?
