Best bakers or bakeries on the Southside /Eastside of Los Angeles

Looking for someone or some places that have great..... sweet potato pies, apple pies, pecan pies, custard pies etc, all the cobblers such as peach cobblers, apple cobblers etc, all cheesecakes, all cakes such as 7 up, red velvet, butter pound cake, sock it to me etc, banana pudding, bread pudding, home made cookies. Tarts and more...........

Don't forget the hole in the walls that are hidden gems.

    1. The Cobbler Lady on Crenshaw: http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/381750

I haven't been there in about 5 years and just hope that it is still there...and still as delicious as it was. During those cobbler hunting days several years ago, nothing else compared to this place...and we tried most of them.
