Has anyone ever seen of or know where I can buy honey powder? Preferably pure as it can sometimes be mixed with other stuff.

I've gotten pure honey powder at Bio Terre in Mile End – pretty sure it's commonly available at health food stores like Rachelle-Béry, Marché Tau etc.

      You mean pollen?
I buy mine directly from Intermiel but if you go to health food stores or gourmet shops they should have it.

I would try Marche Jean Talon, Alfalfa, the health food grocery or Marche des Saveurs the gourmet shop right in front.

Honey powder is dehydrated honey. Nothing to do with pollen.

            Ahh, never heard of that.

Then i guess a health food store would have it.
