Activity at former Bennigans in New Brunswick

While getting a car wash yesterday, I watched equipment being loaded into the building off a U Haul truck. The Bennigans sign had been taken down (or was maybe blown down by Sandy) and was laying in the lot. Should be some indications soon as to what will be opening.

Any chance is going to be....A Bennigans? I only ask because they recently started renovating the former Bennigans space in Saddle Brook as well...it's going to be a Bennigans!
