Shoshanim - Israeli pastry

Does anyone have a recipe for the Israeli pastry called shoshanim? It translates to roses in English. It looks like a cinnamon roll but it doesn't taste as gooey as the cinnabon roll.

  1. Do you have a recipe for rugelach? It is the same dough and filling, except you roll the dough into one large rectangle, sprinkle with filling, roll it up like a jelly roll, slice it, then bake the slices filling side up.
