Cooking With Black Garlic?
I was just given about 250 grams of the wonderfully aromatic stuff, but I'm not sure how to use it to best advantage. Any suggestions?

There are a few threads on CH on the subject. My favourite ways include pasta, vinaigrette, mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, on pizza...the list goes on and on. It really is great stuff.
