Cooking With Black Garlic?

I was just given about 250 grams of the wonderfully aromatic stuff, but I'm not sure how to use it to best advantage. Any suggestions?
Ah...ok. I obvoiusly forgot to post recipes! This may help give you some ideas - the linguine and risotto are delicious.
