Cooking With Black Garlic?

I was just given about 250 grams of the wonderfully aromatic stuff, but I'm not sure how to use it to best advantage. Any suggestions?

  1. There are a few threads on CH on the subject. My favourite ways include pasta, vinaigrette, mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, on pizza...the list goes on and on. It really is great stuff.

      I did see one thread when I searched in which you posted, but I only recall one or two recipes.

        Ah...ok. I obvoiusly forgot to post recipes! This may help give you some ideas - the linguine and risotto are delicious.

        This is very similar to the vinaigrette I adore...

        This is an excellent resource, too...
