Calf Fries??

Moved to the Austin area about 3 years ago and have not been able to find a source for Calf Fries. (or whatever you'd like to call them) Anyone know a source without having to buy 50 lbs of them??

Fiesta often has them. I see them up on the 38th street store more often than the Stassney store. I've been tempted bt from all accounts they're a lot of trouble for not a lot of flavor. And all those squiggly blue and red veins make me think they'll taste like liver and blood.

I can assure you that they don't taste like liver. But you need to "peel" them before you cook thm. I'm sure there is something on the Internet that tells you how to do this.
