Hearts of palm bruschetta

While looking for recipes for savory biscotti (like Parmesan and black pepper on Epicurious, yummy), I found some mentions of hearts of palm bruschetta. Some with artichoke, some without, but I didn't find any real recipe suggestions. I love hearts of palm and would love any recipe ideas for dips or bruschetta-type spreads. Or frankly any other ideas beyond salads, which is all I have used them for up to now.

  1. Hi, I use hearts of palm and shrimp mixed into a favorite sun-dried tomato bruchetta. Heat this, then put atop a plate of linguini . . . so good for dinner!
