went the other night on a referral, I thought the food disappointing, onion soup way too salty, lobster mac and cheese maybe someone forgot to add the lobster none to be found, overpriced, overrated, staff snooty as if they're doing you a favor,

Wow! I go there all the time and it sounds like you are talking about a completely different restaurant! They are always nice to me and my family and we love the food. Maybe they were having an off night.

      Nikki,
I agree with you! I go there ALL the time too and was there actually last night. Great tuna tartar, oysters and we did have the lobster mac and cheese and a grilled salmon. Service was fine and it was crowded.

I've been a handful of times and always thought it was pretty good but not great. Then the last time we went it was awful. Like you said, flavorless food, overpriced and snooty.

Different vibe altogether but Estia's American in the same shopping complex is FABULOUS and way better than 1020.

1020 is part of the same restaurant group as Rye Grill & Bar, Ruby's, Morgan's Fish, etc. All underwhelming restaurants.

Maybe I have to go back to Estia's. I was there a few months ago and was underwhelmed. The food wasn't memorable and the service was sub par.
