Desperately looking for a brown sugar cookie recipe that you can reroll and is easy to use
I saw a recipe recently (maybe on here, not sure!!!) that is for some kind of sugar cookie. It said it was super easy to cut out and reroll. You could cut out the cookies and lift off the remaining dough easily. Anyone know of a recipe like that?
If you roll out the dough on parchment paper, put it back in the fridge until it's chilled again, the cookies and dough will lift off quite easily. The pieces that you want to re-roll should be room temperature when you squish them all together. Then chill and re-roll.
I find that as long as I roll with parchment on the bottom and plastic wrap on top ... Every cookie is easy to roll.
That said, aren't there some cool tessellating cookie cutter shapes out there?
