  1. Came in the mail yesterday, I'm saving it for the weekend. My favorite issue of my favorite magazine.

    1. The article on Yotam Ottolenghi is particularly fascinating. I had no idea he had a master's degree in philosophy and that he had passed the qualifying exams for a doctorate in the US when he changed course and enrolled in the Cordon Bleu in London.
