The article on Yotam Ottolenghi is particularly fascinating. I had no idea he had a master's degree in philosophy and that he had passed the qualifying exams for a doctorate in the US when he changed course and enrolled in the Cordon Bleu in London.
Yeah, I nearly fell out of my chair when I read that. Very interesting indeed.
