Private Hookah Party

I'm looking to throw a surprise party for 30-40 people for a 30th birthday. I prefer it to be in Brooklyn or Queens.

Does anyone know of a space I can rent that will allow hookahs that has a Middle Eastern vibe? Or a hookah bar that is reasonably priced for a large group?

This may not be too helpful, but I know there are a whole bunch of hookah bars in Astoria. If you Google "hookah astoria, ny" you will come up with a decent selection. It's a start!
