Easy Maple Fudge with Maple Syrup?
I've found Maple Fudge recipes from scratch that use candy thermometers, etc. and I'm just not up for that project this year. I've found quick maple fudge recipes that use marshmallow fluff or the like that use maple extract - but I already bought maple syrup in anticipation. Any quick easy recipes that call for the syrup instead of the extract? Or can I just swap in syrup and not worry about it?
