2012 Holiday work party for 20-25 people near North End

I've searched the board, but can't seem to find a thread for restaurants with private dining rooms nearby. We've had it at Sel de la Terre (waterfront - now closed) and Lucca (two years prior).

Any suggestions? Around $100-$125/pp including drinks & wine with dinner.

      Granary Tavern, Trade, Les Zygomates, +1 for City Landing, and Woodward are worth looking at
