Anyone tried it?

I tried it a year or so ago. For me it was only "meh". I love sushi but am not a fan of American Chinese. From what I recall the menu was pan-Asian. It was fine, nothing to write home about, but sort of overpriced in my opinion. For comparison I tend to go to "Pho and Beyond" up the street at least twice a month, but that's Vietnamese.

Thanks. I agree Pho and Beyond is good. I've got plans w/ friends to try La Fusion. I'll keep my expectations low and report if we hit on something good.

Looking forward to your report. I've been wondering about that place for a while. It's been there for quite a long time, when there had been a lot of turnover in that spot. I hope that's because it is decent. I'm a fan of Pho and Beyond also, but it would be nice to have some other options right around there.

Okay, I've been and I have to agree, meh or even meh minus. Several dishes had ingredients that were too old to be served, seafood salad with unpleasant mussels, chicken satay that seemed spoiled. That being said, the person whose birthday we celebrated enjoyed her crispy duck, so that was nice. The large restaurant was largely empty, maybe not surprising for a midweek evening. I would not go there again.
