Tea Glazed Fish

I've seen a number of menus, mostly in the Charleston area, that list a Sweet Tea-Glazed Salmon yet I was unable to Google a recipe for it. Since I've never tasted it I have no idea where to start figuring out the recipe for myself. Has anyone ever made this, eaten this, seen a recipe, or has any info that could help me come up with a recipe?

Thanks. I actually bookmarked that one earlier, figuring that if I couldn't come any closer I might be able to play with that one to get where I wanted.
