That's a very specific request for this part of the world. I've never noticed whether any Thai restaurants in lower Fairfield County acknowledge a regional style. More often than not the distinguishing characteristics are how much sugar to add to the Pad Thai, and how much to back off on the spiciness.
I'm very curious to see what responses you get, since I can't fully recommend any Thai places in the area.
