Camerones Culichi recipe from Mariscos Playa Hermosa?

  • 1

I was in Phoenix for Thanksgiving, and had an amazing meal at Mariscos Playa Hermosa! Wer'e back home in DC now, and I'd love to try to recreate their Camerones Culichi. The recipes I'm finding online don't have all the ingredients that were in the Playa Hermosa recipe. The online versions all include the roasted poblanos, which is probably most important, but the Playa Hermosa dish also had tomatillos and cilantro in the sauce. Can anybody help me find a recipe that comes close? Thanks!

  1. I think they make it with chili poblano, out here in Az, I've been trying to do this recipe forever, if you figure it out please post!

There was a restaurant in Glendale Ca "Mi Lindo Sinaloa" a mariscos place , with a very delicious recipe it had media creama and jalapeños with some type of white shredded cheese almost like mozzarella., and Camarones, blend it then add the camarones. Ive been trying for years to find a recipe and I can't find either help!
