In search of caramel bits or similar

I'm making about 40 (8oz) jars of salted caramel hot cocoa mix, and I need more caramel flavor! Any idea where in manhattan i can buy caramel chips or some other good dry caramel product I can add to my dry mix?

So far I've turned 5lbs of sugar into caramel and ground to a powder to include in the mix, but I barely taste the caramel! My hands are getting cut up from caramel shards and might not be able to handle another 5lbs. Please let me know where I can buy something to help my cause.
