Which bakeries are best for this purpose? Would love to try some new places.

I am open to all flavors and would love creativity/out of the box. To narrow down my options I would say... Places that really do specialize in cakes & cupcakes... that do not have them "on the side"... Right around or below 50th street... Big variety... Presentation as important as taste.
