My brother is a salsa fiend. I owe him BIG. Want to blow his mind with a unique Christmas present.

I am looking for a restaurant that makes MANY varieties of salsa. The goal is to purchase 4+ different types of salsa and have them fridged and give them to him on Christmas. I'd like something more than just the normal rounds (our local restaurant or northgate market), preferably a place that specializes in many types of salsa. If you have any ideas....please let me know! *Also would like a one-and-done type of situation, I do not want to drive to more than two different places.

MANY THANKS!

La Taquiza on Figueroa at, I think, 33rd or 34th. Near USC at the back corner of a small stripmall on the southwest corner. They have a salsa bar with at least four to six types of salsa as well as assortments of pickled and roasted chilies, carrots, etc.

Mexicali has at least 5 or 6 in their salsa bar, but I'm not sure if they sell them to go. I seem to remember Chichen Itza having salsa jars for sale.
